The tourist tax amounts to € 1.50 per adult person per day (excluding those under 14 years), for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, and must be collected separately on site.
All prices are per person per day, on half board with snack (VAT included) and are only indicative of the minimum rate that can be encountered, but vary according to the period and availability.
The reservation is considered valid only after payment and receipt of the deposit.

Family trips? For children in the room with two parents, we offer customized discounts.

• Up to 2 years old, there is a flat rate of € 25 per day, which includes the use of a high chair, crib, and meal service.
• Between 3 and 5 years old: 50% discount.
• Between 6 and 7 years old: 40% discount.
• Between 8 and 10 years old: 30% discount.
• Between 11 and 14 years old: 20% discount.

For bed and breakfast only, there is a reduction of € 20 on the price of half board.
Third adult person in room discount: 10%

Upon your arrival, you will be able to park your car in total comfort: we provide a free outdoor private parking space for all guests. If you are traveling on two wheels, we have a covered garage exclusively for motorcycles, available upon request.

On the day of your arrival, the room will be ready to welcome you from 14:00 onwards. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 10:00. 
If you plan to arrive in the evening after 20:00, please let us know with a phone call or a message: we will be happy to arrange everything to welcome you in the best possible way.

We know that plans can change, which is why we offer you maximum flexibility.
Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation.
From 21 to 14 days before arrival: the deposit* will be retained or can be used for a new booking within 12 months.
Less than 14 days before arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be retained without the possibility of reuse.
In the case of no-show, late arrival without notice or early departure, we will retain 100% of the booking value.

* The deposit is equal to 30% of the booking value (minimum amount € 100). If you prefer to leave a credit card number, you authorize the withdrawal of the corresponding amount if the cancellation occurs beyond the terms for the free withdrawal provided. In addition, we inform you that a pre-authorization attempt may be made.

If you wish to stay in a double room for single use, an additional charge of +50% (+70% in high season) is expected.

Your furry little friends are welcome! We accept small and medium-sized pets, subject to agreement at the time of booking. To ensure maximum hygiene for all guests, a supplement of € 15 per day (excluding food) is required for thorough sanitization of the room at the end of the stay. Remember that dogs can only stay in certain types of rooms, must be kept on a leash in common areas and cannot access the restaurant, bar, gym, mini club, and in the beauty cabin. Any damages to things or furnishings will be charged if not covered by a specific policy.

For payment at the hotel, we accept cash (up to the legal limit of € 4,999.99), bank checks, debit cards and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
